Is there a tail light without the license plate bracket as part of the assembly?
 No there isnt one like that unless you try to use the 6593TL-R and make a custom bracket for it. Or you can take the license plate style light and cut the buttom off of it just below where the bracket fits.

Do you offer a light fixture to mount to this bracket?
 

Yes, 8786BX is the light that mounts to it. We do not have one that comes with out a license plate backet though. The 8786BX is the Same as the 8786CX minus the fender bracket.
