Additional Information

Crankshaft starting pin, holds the lower pulley on the crankshaft and the starting crank ratchet grabs onto the pin while hand cranking the car. For 3-1/2" pulley. NOTE: A noisy ding can be caused by a loose fitting pin or a loose fitting pulley. To repair, turn the pulley 90 degrees and re drill the hole for the pin.

Questions and Answers
Does this pin go through the front of the crank shaft to be able to crank over the motor?
 Yes it is what the ratchet grabs onto. It fits into th lower fan pully and goes through the first hole on the crank shaft.
