Speedo S-Arm bracket, (from L-arm or clamp bar to swivel drive joint). Also called a S-link.
Used in several different swivel drive mounting sets.
This item clamps on one side to the swivel drive joint and the other side mounts onto the clamp bar 4015L, 4015S or SP-L depending on which set-up you have.

(This part is included in the following speedometer drive mounting sets: 2740S and 4003S.)
