Additional Information

Modern inner rear axle bearing kit, Replaces inner bearing and sleeve. Axle shaft has to be machined. Bearing has a seal in it, eliminates grease leaks and scheduled maintenance. (Two required per car.)

Questions and Answers
Is the actual ball bearing sealed, or just the housing itself and are there any modifications needed?
 The actual bearing is sealed so you don't need to grease that at all. There is no machining that needs to be done to the axle housing. The axle shaft does need some machining if you want to slide the bearing in from the outside, otherwise you have to take the gear off to put it in from the center.
