This authentic origianl tread design reads "NON SKID" This is an after-market accessory made for Model T Fords that was offered during the Model T era.  A popular, good looking tire that attracts attention
Tube Type 4 Ply Nylon tire.
High pressure, beaded edge, clincher tires are made to be maintained at 50-60psi. Any less can cause the tire spin and cut of the stem, rib cuts and the possibility of tire coming off the wheel.
