Brass spare tire and rim carrier with 3 leather straps, mounts tire on running board,
3 piece bracket holds ONE tire, either 30 X 3 or 30 X 3-1/2.
Holes for mounting need to be drilled and holes for straps need to be filed to accept size of straps
Does not include mounting hardware.

Questions and Answers
I could use some guidance or instructions on how to use these brackets on a 1915 Touring car.
 The two U shaped brackets get mounted to the fender and the running board by were the front door would be for the driver. The last bracket that has a longer arm to it mounts to the side of the body to stabilize the top of the tire. You will have to put holes in your body, fender and running board to mount these.
