Dust cover, Nickel plated, for metal stem tube used with a wooden wheel.
2-3/8" cover that screws on top of Rim Washer, (reducer nut), part# RW2.

NOTE: The following is the hardware that is also used on metal stem tubes to hold the stem in place. BW1 - Bridge washer and LN1 - Lock nut (Not included).
