(Oval sockets) The Top irons do not include the wood bows, use laminated plywood (part numbers 7940B1, B2, B3, D, F1, F2) OR steam bent bows (Part numbers 7940SBA1 through 7940SBB3). Made in U.S.A. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery of all 1909- 1917 top irons. NOTE: This is the top irons only, does NOT include the wood.

What's the difference between these top irons and the ones for a 1915-1917?
 

The front socket is a little different between the two years.

  • 7940E2 - 1913-1914 is 26" long
  • 7940E3 - 1915-1917 is 24 1/4 long

Is it a two or one man top iron set?
 This is a two man top, All the tops from 1922 and earlyer are two man, 1922 and later are one man.
