Cork plug. Fits in the Kingston L4. This small round cork goes inside air valve stop which is the screw on the top of the carburetor. It acts as a bumper for the inside flapper.

The 6171C cork plug goes just under the screw on the top of the carburetor. It acts as a bumper for the flapper on the inside of the carburetor.
