Priming choke rod, to front of radiator, Original style, Non Vaporizer

This priming choke rod extends from the carburetor to front of the radiator. It allows you to choke the carb while hand cranking the engine.

It is made exactly to the original specifications, same material, bends and finish. Originally Ford did not make any of his choke rods out of brass, They were all made of steel, which is stronger, and with three different finishes.

This steel rod has a black enamel. I was used from July 23, 1926 though 1927 on cars that were NOT equipped with a vaporizer carburetor.
