If i replace the main bearings IN MY 1924 T what is the process to ensure the correct clearances between the bearings and the crankshaft?
 

The correct distance between the crankshaft and the camshaft, as well as the clearance between the bearings and the crankshaft, is created when the babbit bearings are line reamed, NOT when the new babbit bearings are poured.
