Grant brand Piston rings, .060 oversize. For original style aluminum pistons only. These rings have a one piece ring for easy installation. The are for use with aluminum pistons with 1/8” ring groove. (These rings will not work with high compression pistons.) NOTE: use with pistons Part# 3021.060.

Questions and Answers
What does mean oversize, how can I check what kind of oversize I need?
 

Over time the pistons will wear out the block of the motor and to correct it you take oversized pistons and have a engine shop mechine the block to the pistons so that you have the corrct clearence that you would need. Standard size is 3.750"

Can you please indicate the differences of using Hastings ring sets versus the Grant set?
 Everyone has there difference of opinion about the rings. But for the people that pay the extra amount for the hastings they say it is because of quality.
