High compression Pistons for use with Model A rods .020 oversize. This is a special piston manufactured to accept a Model A connecting rod. It is used when installing a model a crank in a model t block. (NOTE: These pistons require special rings, Part# 3023SPA.020.)

What does mean oversize, how can I check what kind of oversize I need?
 

Over time the pistons will wear out the block of the motor and to correct it you take oversized pistons and have a engine shop mechine the block to the pistons so that you have the corrct clearence that you would need. Standard size is 3.750"
