Small ball bearings are used on the outer front wheel bearings and the drive shaft race bearing. (Drive shaft race uses 15 small ball bearing), (front hub outer bearing uses 11 small ball bearings per wheel). You only need these if you are still using the original ball bearing style races instead of the tapered roller bearings. These are the replacement balls only.
