Rear Wheel Puller with center bolt. Reproduction of original Ford tool #5Z-287. Prevents damage to axle threads. Screws onto the hubcap threads , the center bolt then threads down against the axle shaft and keeps outward pressure on the hub while you turn the center bolt with a wrench.

Will this work on the Hayes wheels?
 It works on any wheel that uses the stock ford hub cap. It uses the same threads as it to mount to the wheel.
