This kit has 4 pieces that allow you to repair the diameter of the hole for the spindle bolt and the treads on a worn front axle. This kit includes 2 top steel bushings and 2 lower threaded steel bushings.
The top hole for the spindle has to have a tapered opening machined into it. The steel bushing is then inserted to bring the hole back to the correct size.
The bottom hole is drilled out and threaded to accept the second steel bushing. This bushing is screwed in place to give the spindle bolt good threads to grab onto.
